BBK is designed for intermediate to advanced trainees — people who already train consistently and understand the basics, but haven't been able to take their physique further on their own. If you've been training for at least a year, understand progressive overload, and are willing to track data and follow a structured system, you're likely a good fit. The application will help us figure that out together.
Because real physique change takes time — and the first few weeks are always about establishing baselines, building habits, and getting the system running. 12 weeks is the minimum window where we can collect enough data to make meaningful, evidence-based adjustments and actually see the results of those adjustments. Anything shorter would be doing you a disservice.
That usually means you haven't had the right system in place — not that your body is broken. Most people who come to BBK have tried programs, done their own research, and eaten "well" by general standards. What they've been missing is structure built specifically for their body, education that actually makes sense, and a coach who reviews real data every single week. That's exactly what BBK provides.
Outside of your actual training sessions, the coaching admin is minimal. Weekly check-ins take around 10–15 minutes — logging your body weight, submitting photos, and filling in your training and habit feedback. The system is designed to be straightforward and efficient, not another thing to stress about.
All three tiers include the same coaching foundations — individualised training, nutrition guidance, education, and a structured check-in system. The difference is proximity and frequency. The Standard is fortnightly written check-ins with limited messaging. The Premium is weekly Loom video check-ins with structured messaging support. The Elite is weekly in-person sessions for Brisbane-based clients who want the highest level of real-time coaching and accountability.
BBK is not a one-size-fits-all program — it's a coaching relationship built entirely around your data, your body, and your goals. If progress stalls, we investigate: training stimulus, nutrition adherence, recovery, lifestyle stress. Adjustments are methodical and data-driven. The only way it doesn't work is if the system isn't being followed — which is why honest check-ins and real accountability are non-negotiable from day one.
Yes. Competition prep is available through The Premium and The Elite tiers. Stage prep is a serious undertaking and is only offered to clients who have the right foundation in place — both physically and in terms of consistency with the coaching system. If competition is your goal, make sure you mention it in your application.
